Mosque

Today we went to a Mosque in Adana we took Kit's friend that is visiting from Las Vegas OC. The design and architecture was really beautiful I am sure if we let Kit he would have sat in there all day and watched and listened to the prayer. After we drove back to Karatas to take OC to Kit's favorite fish restaurant they remembered us and asked where our dogs were it was nice. They also showed us pictures of their family in New York and they had many tourist pictures of them with the twin towers and the statue of liberty you could tell they were proud of their brother that lives there.
All in all it was a nice day to get out and it was fun taking someone around to the places we liked.

I think it looks like we photoshoped the background in.

Sabancı Merkez Camii, though not being historical, is the most visited mosque in Adana, as it is one of the largest mosques in the Middle East. Built in loyalty to Ottoman Architecture, the mosque was opened to service in 1998 to a capacity of 28,500 prayers. The mosque possesses six minarets, four of them having height of 99 meters. Dome has a diameter of 32 meters and it is 54 meters high from praying area. It is located on the west bank of Seyhan River at the corner of Seyhan Bridge and can be seen from a wide area.

The cats are the biggest scam artists in Turkey this is the second time that we have eaten somewhere and the cats gives this sad cry of hungry next to our table so we feed both of them some scrapes and eventually they laid down content with what they had but as soon as more people sat down the cats went to their table and cried the same cry to get more food! They are well feed there was no doubt about that.
